Who we are, and agreeing to these terms
This website is run by VORQN LABS LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, entity ID 12082645. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this site is
The site gives information about VORQN LABS products and takes enquiries. It is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order, price or contract is formed by reading it or by sending an enquiry.
Products are fitted and sold through installers and distributors, who set their own prices and give you a written quote.
Product information
Product descriptions on this site are published by VORQN LABS LLC. They are not third-party test results, and no certification is claimed. We may update them as products develop.
What you actually buy is described by the seller's written quote. The warranty issued with your installation carries the terms on the warranty page as they stood on your installation date.
The warranty
The warranty terms are on the warranty page, and VORQN LABS LLC issues the warranty with each installation by an approved installer, who registers it with the company. An installation that was not registered is covered from the date on the installer's invoice. These terms do not add to the warranty and do not take anything from it.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, give accurate details and use your own. We reply by email, and we may pass your enquiry to the distributor for your territory so that they can help; the privacy policy explains how. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a warranty, and it does not make you an approved installer.
Distributors and installers
Distributors and installers are separate companies. They are not part of VORQN LABS LLC. Installation workmanship is warranted in writing by the shop that did the work, separately from the product warranty.
Ownership of the site
The VORQN LABS name and logo, and the text, design and graphics of this site, belong to VORQN LABS LLC or are used with its permission. You may read the site, share its links and quote short passages with credit. Please ask us before copying or reusing more than that.
Using the site properly
Do not misuse the site: no automated collection that strains it, no attempt to break into it or the systems behind it, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading material sent through its forms.
What we do not promise
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always online. It is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, VORQN LABS LLC is not liable for loss that comes from relying on this site alone, or from its being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here reduces the warranty or any right you have as a consumer.
Other sites
The site may link to other websites, including those of distributors. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. That does not remove any protection that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you.
Language
These terms, the warranty and this site are published in English and in Arabic. The Arabic is a faithful translation; if the two versions ever differ, the English text governs.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. How we handle your information is in the privacy policy.
