Every installation comes with a written warranty from VORQN LABS LLC. The terms are the same at every approved shop, and this page sets them out.

Making a claim
We confirm within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days.
What is covered, and what is not
What is covered
Defects in the film itself: yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling, and edges lifting because of the adhesive.
Paint lifted by the adhesive is covered too, when it is the car's original factory paint and an approved installer removes the film. Repainted or damaged paint is not.
What we do
We replace the affected film and refit it, through an approved installer.
Paint is repaired only where the adhesive lifted it, as above. Loss of use and other knock-on costs are not covered.
What is not covered
Damage from impacts, stones, accidents or chemicals, scratches that cut through the film, and paint faults that were there before fitting.
What ends the cover
Fitting by a shop that is not approved, solvents, harsh chemicals or polishing compound on the film, a pressure washer held too close or aimed at an edge, or changing the film after it is fitted.
Good to know
When cover starts
On the day the film is fitted.
The approved installer registers the installation with VORQN LABS LLC and gives you a record. If it was not registered, send the installer's invoice to vorqnlabs@gmail.com and cover runs from the invoice date.
The fitting itself
Warranted in writing by the shop that fitted it, separately from this warranty.
Approved installer
ABK Trading & Service in Qatar, and any shop VORQN LABS LLC names in writing as approved.
Selling the car
The warranty can transfer to the next owner.
Hand over the installation record with the car.
This warranty does not reduce your rights under the consumer law of the country where the film was fitted.
VORQN LABS LLC backs this warranty itself.
No insurer sits between you and us: your claim comes to the company that wrote the terms, and we make the decision. VORQN LABS LLC is a Virginia limited liability company, entity ID 12082645.

Putting it right
If we accept it, an approved installer replaces the film.
Looking after it
The first wash, pressure washers, and what to avoid.
- Wait seven days before the first wash, then hand wash with a mild car shampoo.
- With a pressure washer, stay at least 30 cm away and never aim at an edge.
- After tint is fitted, keep the windows closed for three days.
