This is a marketing site with contact forms. Here is what it collects, what happens to it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

- We collect what you type into an enquiry form, and what any web server records when you visit.
- We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
- There are no accounts or payments on this site, and it sets no cookies of its own.

Who is responsible
VORQN LABS LLC is a Virginia limited liability company, entity ID 12082645. It runs this website and decides what is done with the information described here. Our mailing address and email address are at the foot of this page.

What we collect
Only what you give us, and what a web server records when you visit.
- Enquiry forms. When you send an enquiry we receive the enquiry type you choose, your name, your email address and your message, and your phone number and company if you add them. We also receive the page you sent it from and the language you were reading.
- Installation bookings. When you book an installation we receive your country, your city or area, your car, the panels and film you choose, a preferred date if you give one, and your name, mobile number, email address and any note. A booking for Qatar is not sent through this site: it opens in WhatsApp, addressed to our distributor there, and goes only when you press send.
- Email you send us. If you write to vorqnlabs@gmail.com we keep your message and your address so that we can answer.
- Server records. Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which delivers these pages, receives your IP address, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the time. These are standard server logs. We use them to keep the site running and to deal with abuse.
- Spam protection. Each form limits how many enquiries one IP address can send in a short period. That count is held in the server's memory, not in a database, and is not linked to your enquiry.
- Analytics. This site runs no analytics tool. If one is added, this page will name it before it runs. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking.
What we do not collect
There are no accounts, no checkout and no payments on this site, so we hold no payment details. The site sets no cookies of its own, which is why it has no cookie banner. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where it concerns a territory with an appointed distributor or you ask for an installer, to pass it to that distributor so that it can reply.
- To keep a record of what was asked and answered, including warranty claims.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your details for any other purpose.
Where it is processed
Your enquiry is processed in the United States by us, by Vercel (hosting), by Resend (email delivery) and by Google (the mailbox). If it concerns Qatar, or you ask for an installer there, it may also be sent to our distributor in Qatar, ABK Trading & Service.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. Anything tied to a warranty claim is kept for as long as that warranty runs. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider, Vercel, for its own standard period.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing vorqnlabs@gmail.com. We will reply, and we will delete your details unless we need to keep them to meet a legal duty or to deal with a claim. Where the law of your country gives you further rights over your personal data, those rights apply and you can use them the same way.
Security
Enquiries travel by email, which is not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords or ID numbers in a form.
Links to other sites
Pages here link to other sites, including those of distributors and installers. We do not control them, and their privacy policies apply to what you give them.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page first and update the date at the top. The terms for using this site are on the terms page.
